My name is Randy Williams. I grew up in Moraga. I went to Rheem Elementary School, Joaquin Moraga Junior High and Campolindo High School. I hold a degree from DeVry Institute of Technology. Following High School and during college breaks, I worked for my dad’s structural termite control company. After a few years, I hired on with a national pest control firm to oversee training and troubleshooting throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. I have held pest control licenses in five states. Eventually I grew tired of all the time I was required to spend on the road so I briefly went back to work for my dad in 1998 while I prepared to open my own structural termite control firm. As my own company grew over the last eight years on its good reputation and word of mouth, I still felt that I wanted to do more in the pest control industry. Several years ago, I began to look for a small pest control firm to acquire so that I could expand the services I could offer. After searching in and out of state, I acquired Best Pest Control in July of 2006, added other services and slightly changed the name of the company to reflect the additions to Best Indoor/Outdoor Pest Solutions. We still refer to the company as 'Best Pest' for simplicity purposes. Together with my wife of seven years, I personally service my clients while Leslie does the administrative work in the office. Leslie was raised in Danville where she attended Monte Vista High School. We share our Pleasant Hill home with our quite spirited three year old twin boys, two dogs, and a couple of goldfish. Both our families live in the area. Our Mission Like our clients, Leslie and I are consumers. We expect honest work with good value for the money we pay. We don‘t always hire the firm that can do the cheapest work, unfortunately you sometimes get what you pay for. Our Offered Services Interior pest control and exterior yard sprays including tree, bush and shrub sprays to control garden and household pests including aphids, spiders, ants, fleas, ticks, yellow jackets, bees, hornets and wasps, box elder bugs, silverfish, flies, crickets, textile and pantry pests and roaches. We also provide mole, gopher ground squirrel, and rodent control. We fertilize trees and conduct olive tree spraying to prevent fruiting.  Don’t forget your roses; -We do dormancy sprays too!
